ВОЗМОЖНЫЕ ПУТИ И ПОДХОДЫ К СТРАТЕГИИ КОММЕРЦИАЛИЗАЦИИ ПРИКЛАДНЫХ НАУЧНЫХ РАЗРАБОТОК, СОЗДАВАЕМЫХ В УНИВЕРСИТЕТАХ
Abstract
В данной статье рассмотрена среда, сложившаяся вокруг университетов России, а также возможные подходы к анализу и выбору метода коммерциализации результатов прикладных научных разработок и перспективных направлений прикладных исследований в этой среде. Изложены концептуальные основы решения возникающих задач поддержки принятия решений при реализации процесса коммерциализации и составления планов действий / дорожных карт, что может быть полезно как университетам для планирования их деятельности, так и организациям, планирующим взаимодействовать с ними или нуждающимся в результатах, получаемых в университетах. При этом получаемые модель и набор используемых для оценки проекта параметров могут быть уникальными и зависят от особенностей проекта, университета, региона, предпочтений лиц, принимающих решения.Downloads
