Abstract
Усовершенствована методика анализа организационной культуры Д. Денисона. По данной методике проведен анализ культуры сельскохозяйственного предприятия. Выявлены характеристики организационной культуры, оказывающие наибольшее влияние на его эффективность. Сделан вывод о пригодности усовершенствованной методики для анализа организационной культуры других предприятий.Downloads
