FEATURES OF THE ALTAI REGION SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT AT THE PRESENT STAGE: THE RESULTS OF THE COMPARATIVE ANALYSIS
Abstract
In article on the basis of the use of a wide range of statistical indicators reveals the most characteristic processes of socio-economic development of the region in relation to two stages: exit from the crisis (2010–2012) and structural economic crisis (2013–2016). The authors point out the distinctive features of the real sector post-crisis recovery of the regional economy compared to Russia. The article describes the growth engines of gross value added in the Altai region in 2013 (against a fall in GVA of Russia). It is concluded that the region economy was more adapted the conditions of structural crisis in the comparative the Russian because the structural features and the scale of the regional economy is greatly contributed.
