INDIVIDUAL AND PSYCHOLOGICAL FEATURES OF DEVELOPMENT OF CREATIVE ACTIVITY OF THE IDENTITY OF THE TEACHER AT REALIZATION OF COMPETENCE-BASED APPROACH IN PROFESSIONAL EDUCATION
Abstract
The article is a theoretical analysis and practical experience ofdevelopment competence-based approach in professional education in the context of improving the quality of human capital. The article deals with the issues of the creative development of the teacher’s personality and explores the internal and external social and pedagogical conditions.
The process of development of the teacher’s creative activity and the influence of pedagogical conditions on his individual psychological characteristics are analyzed. The theoretical problems of constructing a holistic, systemic understanding of the process of development of the teacher’s creative activity in the implementation of the competence-based approach in professional education are revealed. The components, stages, levels, conditions and individual and psychological features of development of creative activity of the identity of the teacher promoting professional growth are allocated.
