STRATEGIC AND PROGRAM METHODS OF MUNICIPAL MANAGEMENT FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF SOCIAL AND ECONOMIC URBAN DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
When considering the topic of improving local self-government in the course of the municipal reform in Russia, an important place is occupied not only by the legal, organizational and financial support of this process. The practical influence of the ongoing transformations on vital functions of municipal entities, the involvement of representatives of local communities in the solution of urgent problems of the territory, the activation of civil initiatives of the population is of interest. Since large cities have the greatest potential for introducing effective technologies for municipal management, the article discusses the dynamics of the process of developing and implementing strategic and program documents for the development of the city district — the city of Barnaul of the Altai Territory.Downloads
