EFFECTIVE USE OF HUMAN RESOURCES FOR PROMOTION OF COMPETITIVE CAPACITY OF ENTERPRISES
Abstract
The article is devoted to a research of economic essence of a manpower as key factor in ensuring competitive advantages and realization of strategic priorities in the commercial organizations. The main tools and the HRM methods allowing to increase efficiency of use of the human capital are declared in article, being guided by experience of the leading foreign companies in this branch.Downloads
