STATUS AND DIRECTIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF LABOR RELATIONS IN CHINA
Abstract
The article gives an overall assessment of the development of labor relations in modern China. Positive developments in this area are analyzed: the development of labor legislation, social and pension security systems, job creation, training and professional development. Also, destructive processes in the labor market are highlighted, for example, rising unemployment, brain drain, growing social tensions at enterprises due to intense working conditions. State measures aimed at reducing negative effects in the labor market and in regulating labor relations are analyzed.Downloads
