ANALYSIS OF INNOVATION POTENTIAL OF MICROCOMMERCE IN CONTEXT OF THE FORMATION OF CHAINS OF ADDED VALUE CREATION IN ECONOMY OF THE ALTAI TERRITORY
Abstract
The article develops the hypothesis that the participation of enterprises of the Altai territory in global value chains is a factor in improving the efficiency of the regional economy. The basis and object of the research was the information on patents for inventions, utility models and industrial designs issued to the subjects of the Altai territory, which allows to explore the innovative potential of organizations and enterprises of the region. The Strasbourg agreement of 1971 on the international patent classification (IPC) is used as a metric system for the classification of innovative potentials of macro-competence of organizations and enterprises of the Altai territory. The analysis of innovative potentials of macro-competence in the context of the formation of value chains in the economy of the Altai territory allowed to identify their structural and dynamic characteristics. Thus, territorial, sectoral and organizational centers of localization of innovative potential of macro-competence were identified, on the basis of which it is advisable to develop competitive production within the framework of scientific, technical and economic regional policy for inclusion in the high technological redistribution of global value chains.
