Abstract
В статье на примере компании Hewlett Packard рассмотрен подход к оценке бренда IT-компании. Он заключается в использовании когнитивных моделей, представленных взвешенными графами с импульсными процессами. Так же рассматривается управленческий потенциал данного типа моделей.Downloads
