ЭТАПЫ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ СТРАТЕГИЧЕСКИХ ПРОГРАММ РАЗВИТИЯ МУНИЦИПАЛЬНОГО ОБРАЗОВАНИЯ
Abstract
Охарактеризованы этапы реализации стратегических программ развития муниципального образования. Схематически представлен процесс реализации таких программ. Выявлены факторы повышения эффективности муниципальной стратегии на каждом индивидуальном этапе, применение которых позволит повысить качество муниципальной стратегии. Акцент делается на взаимодействие муниципальных органов власти с потенциальными инвесторами, коммерческими структурами и обществом в целом, основанное на объективной необходимости решения совместных социально-экономических проблем развития муниципального образования. А также на применении декомпозиционного анализа реализации таких программ, обеспечивающего формирование объективных стратегических целей и задач, разработку направлений совершенствования стратегии, оптимизацию объемов финансирования.Downloads
