CURRENT STATE AND DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN INNOVATION SPHERE OF KAZAKHSTAN: COMPARISON WITH INTERNATIONAL PRACTICE
Abstract
This article discusses the role of public-private partnership (PPP) as a factor of sustainable growth and competitiveness of a national economy and presents the experience of implementing PPP in the Republic of Kazakhstan and several other countries. The authors identify some constraints of the development of cooperation in the field of public-private partnership and the use of its mechanisms in the development of innovation investment processes in the economy of Kazakhstan.
