Abstract
The paper presents methodological approaches to the formation of development strategy and scientific and practical results obtained in the Research and production Association “ELSIB” PAO for the period 2000-2022. The
Aim of the research is to analyze the results and factors to achieve the strategic goals of the enterprise in terms of reducing the effective demand for its products for these years.
The analysis showed that in difficult economic conditions it is important to build an effective management system that includes certain decision-making mechanisms. Thus, the company should maintain and strengthen the reputation of a reliable partner. The growth of production efficiency and cost optimization allows to increase the competitiveness of the enterprise. Personal work with strategic customers creates long-term relationships. After solving organizational issues in the first place goes to work with the markets. The greatest effect is achieved when implementing the cluster model. Increasing the levels of specialization and deversification leads to an increase in the efficiency of the cluster. The presence of strategic partners allows to provide access to the market segment of packaged supplies.
The development of new product markets requires constant research and development. Innovative technologies and equipment can improve production efficiency. Access to financial resources allows the company to develop and maintain competitive advantages. The main part of the investment should be the company's own funds. The system of coordination of strategic and tactical plans with operational management of production on the basis of network planning and optimization modeling is developed.
The result of the work on the creation of an effective enterprise management system was more than a twofold increase in Contracting in 2022 compared to the volume of orders in 2018.
