ISSUES OF DEVELOPMENT OF MECHANICAL ENGINEERING IN THE ALTAI TERRITORY IN FORCE MAJEURE CONDITIONS AND IN A STRATEGIC PERSPECTIVE

Abstract
In developed countries, since the 80s, there has been an active process of changing the structure of national economy, when the share of industrial production is declining. The service sector becomes the basis for creation of gross domestic product, tax collection, fidget, employment. In Russia, deindustrialization took peace very quickly and this greatly affected the standard of living of population, the regions, and entire country as a whole. The back of rout material production in constituent entities of the Russian Federation and sanity from other countries force them restore the activities of manufacturing enterprises. Too far, the results cannot affective very influence the size to territorial budgets the growth of real incomes of population, etc. The structure of the manufacturing industry in the Altai Territory has changed significantly in market conditions, and companies operating in the transport engineering industry have become the leading enterprises.Factor and agricultural engineering used to be city-forming enterprises in two large cities of the region, but theirs liquidation on minimal production become one of the main reasons for the large outlaw of population from the region. Other branches of manufacturing industry allow have specific development. Since February 22, the role of enterprises in the military-industrial complex has begun to grow and they are beginning to positivelyinfluence the employment of the physically active population, budgets and the innovation level of the entire regional economy. Prospects for the strategic development of the territory require changes in the entire economic management system in conditions of interesting the size of the public sector, the formation of technological sovereignty both in the Russian Federation as a whole and in the its regions.
