THE SOCIOLOGICAL ASPECT OF THE ETHNOCULTURAL ATTITUDE TO THE PORTRAIT OF A RUSSIAN WOMAN IN THE MASS CONSCIOUSNESS OF THE CHINESE

Abstract

The article is devoted to the consideration of the ethnocultural attitude to the portrait of a Russian woman in a sociological aspect. The perception of the world and the communicative behavior of a person are based on ideas and values that define his/her culture. The situation of intercultural communication allows people to know a person or a situation through language. Different cultures and ethnic groups create their own ideas about man and woman that exist in human mind. Practical results of ideas about a Russian woman in the form of an experiment aimed at identifying reactions in the mass consciousness of the Chinese to certain markers associated with a portrait of woman are presented. Based on the results of the experiment, preliminary conclusions on gender stereotype of a Russian woman among Chinese students related to her social role in the family are proposed.
