DIGITAL PERSONAL IDENTIFIERS AS A TECHNOLOGICAL HAZARD IN THE CONDITIONS OF INFORMATIZATION OF THE MODERN SOCIOCULTURAL SPACE

Abstract

The development of digital personal identifiers and the danger from their use is one of the main topics for discussion in modern Russian society when considering the problems of digitalization. This issue, with the development of digital technologies, is becoming more and more relevant, because it concerns almost every participant in modern society. In this regard, the article makes an attempt to identify both the positive, good goals of introducing digital identifiers, and to highlight the already existing and potentially possible risks and dangers. Threats to both existing human rights and national security are analyzed. A conclusion is made on what actions need to be taken in order to avoid negative consequences from the use of digital personal identifiers in the modern sociocultural space.
