CIVIC IDENTITY OF THE MODERN YOUTH

Abstract

Civic identity is an actively developed and important topic for the study in the scientific community and at the state level. The relevance of this topic is due not only to the complexity and multicomponent nature of this concept, but also to the high degree of influence of civic identity on society, the processes taking place in it and in the state in whole. Therefore, in scientific works, not only the topic of the very concept of «civic identity» is actively considered, but also the process of forming its components, functions, and possible transformations.
