COOPERATION OF THE MEMBER COUNTRIES OF THE SHANGHAI COOPERATION ORGANIZATION IN THE SPHERE OF CULTURE AND EDUCATION

Abstract

The article attempts to conduct a brief analysis of cultural and humanitarian cooperation and interaction between the two countries in the field of education and science as a strategic priority of foreign policy. The article examines how, from the first days of independence to the present day, thanks to cooperation in the SCO, universities and cultural and educational centers were opened in the Kyrgyz Republic (KR). New educational programs have also been launched within the framework of the Eurasian Economic Union and the SCO, thanks to which cultural and educational relations between the partner countries have reached a new level of development. In this regard, researchers believe a single educational space will allow extensive integration based on the principles of mutual trust. An analysis of the cultural and humanitarian measures of the two countries makes it possible to objectively assess the strategy of cultural and educational relations as sustainable and aimed at improving bilateral interactions.
