CONFLICTS IN THE SCHOOL ENVIRONMENT BETWEEN STUDENTS AND TEACHERS

Abstract

in modern conditions of functioning of educational institutions, the main role is played by the level of professionalism of personnel, both in relation to individual educational programs, and in relation to maintaining a favorable socio-psychological climate among students and colleagues. Conflicts are a part of the sphere of interpersonal interaction of people in a social environment. With conflicts, the modern teenager faces not only in school, but in all aspects of his life, in turn, at school, the teenager learns to interact with other people who are not members of his family. The most vivid in the minds of adults, it is the conflicts of adolescence, the school environment, as it is in these conditions, formed important skills of conflict resolution, overcoming the negative consequences of unsuccessful resolution. In addition to the ordinary conflicts between students, there are less acceptable group of conflicts: between students and teachers, the motives of such conflicts can be both harmless and have serious reasons, and the consequences can have a negative impact on both the learning process and the attitude in the team in the long term.
