SELF-ACTUALIZATION OF YOUTH AS THE BASIS OF COMMUNICATIVE COMPETENCE

Abstract

The purpose of this article is to analyze assessments of the development of communicative competence of young people with different levels of desire for self-actualization. In the process of research, it was determined that the interests and hobbies of a person, due to their development and diversity, have an influence on the effective construction of interpersonal interaction. The research methods are statistical data analysis and a questionnaire survey conducted in January 2020 among students of the city of Barnaul studying at the Institute of Social Sciences. The results and conclusions of this study can be used by specialists as a development of programs that will be aimed at increasing the level of knowledge of communicative competence among the younger generation. It also became possible to compare the desire for self-actualization with communicative competence, which expands the vision of this problem and allows us to find new approaches to its further study.
