INDICATORS OF SATISFACTION WITH THE QUALITY OF NEW APARTMENTS: MOTIVES, INDICATORS, PROBLEMS
УДК 365.4
Abstract
The standard of living of a person is largely determined by the availability of housing, its quality and the living environment. Families in the Russian Federation have the opportunity to improve their living conditions in various ways (building their own homes, purchasing secondary real estate, buying housing during the construction phase, purchasing a new apartment, renting). Among all forms of housing improvement, new residential complexes are of particular interest, which attract with their modern infrastructure, modern design, cleanliness, and landscaping. However, it is not only supply that determines demand, but also the satisfaction of new settlers that shapes the attitude and their future interest in new housing from a well-established developer. This article presents the results of a survey of the satisfaction of residents of a new residential complex with a purchased apartment. The study was a quantitative analysis, the survey tool was a questionnaire. Analysis of consumer satisfaction with an apartment in a new residential complex is an urgent issue in a highly competitive market, due to the peculiarities of the residential real estate market, which is characterized by differentiated prices, their fluctuations, differentiated supply, and a variety of bank mortgage programs depending on the conditions of the developer and the client's capabilities.
