Abstract
The article discusses the issues of increasing the yield of citrus essential oils during steam distillation. The effect of pre-fermentation on the yield of essential oils was studied and the effect of the concentration of hydrogen peroxide on the yield of essential oils was considered. The composition of essential oils was examined by IR spectroscopy.
