THE PROBLEM OF MUSICAL CREATIVITY IN THE LITERATURE OF THE XX CENTURY

Abstract
The article highlights two main approaches to understanding the problem of the essence of music. The first one is based on the understanding of music as one of the types of art connected with the real existence of a person by purely external ties. Another approach is based on understanding the world not as a conglomerate of diverse phenomena, but as a whole, each part of which is permeated by the currents of this whole. Special attention is paid to the analysis of the worldview of a person awakened by music and in music. It is shown that music with this approach appears to be a reflection of being, its experience, but not a mechanical reproduction of any external characteristics of the world, but a specific manifestation of its essential connections and relationships.
