ON SOME ASPECTS OF DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION IN URBAN MANAGEMENT

Abstract
The article is devoted to the issues of digital transformation of management in the field of urban economy, priorities for improving its efficiency. Special attention is paid to rating analysis and evaluation of the «IQ of Cities’ Index. The results of the implementation of the Smart City project in this territory are also disclosed. The necessity of training the personnel of state and municipal administration bodies in end-to-end digital technologies within the framework of the Digital Economy project is substantiated. The main directions of urban economy development in the digital environment are considered within the framework of the document «Strategy for the Development of the Information Society in the Russian Federation for 2017-2030» and the National Project «Digital Economy», which in turn, includes, a number of subprojects, one of which is «Digital Public Administration», as well as the federal project «Smart the city». The article discusses the specific results of regional policy in the field of digitalization of the economy in the Altai Territory, considers the goals and objectives set in federal national projects. The problems of project implementation and urban management. The problem of the availability of qualified personnel in the field of municipal administration is considered in detail. Specific ways of solving this problem, identified as a result of monitoring and conducting scientific events, are proposed.
