УДК 159.9.07
Abstract
The article examines the coping behavior of civil service leaders, considering their team role and length of service in the state tax inspectorate. The study analyzes existing approaches to the research topic, compares key concepts and approaches to the specifics of managers’ professional activities.
The study reveals the specifics of volitional self-regulation and psychological characteristics of managers with different work experience in the civil service. The rules linking coping behavior, communication and organizational skills, and team roles are observed among civil service leaders. The statistical package “IMB SPSS Statistics 23” is used to process the data.
The study finds that certain team roles are associated with specific organizational skills, and individuals need a certain level of reflection to correct their behavior and exercise self-control. Therefore, understanding ongoing processes and mood is essential.
