ПРАКТИЧЕСКИЕ МЕХАНИЗМЫ РЕАЛИЗАЦИИ ИННОВАЦИОННОЙ ИНТЕГРАЦИИ УНИВЕРСИТЕТОВ И ПРЕДПРИЯТИЙ
Abstract
Рассматривается интеграция университета и предприятия в контексте инновационного развития российской экономики. В рамках взаимодействия университетов и предприятий при реализации совместной инновационной деятельности предлагается модель распределения прибыли между партнерами с учетом окупаемости первоначальных инвестиций и получаемого дополнительного дохода от обладания уникальными качествами инновационного изделия.
