PROFESSIONAL HR-COMMUNITY IN ALTAI KRAI: REGIONAL OPPORTUNITIES
Abstract
In the article theoretical aspects of professional communities, possibilities of application of their experience in personnel management are considered. The analysis of the presence of HR-communities in the regions of the Russian Federation was conducted. Presented by the HR community in the Altai Territory, its problems are indicated and discussed.Downloads
