ON FORMATION OF REGULATIONS OF CONVERGENCE OF "REAL" AND "MIRROR" IMAGES OF TRADITIONAL AGRICULTURAL SECTORS IN UST-YENISEI REGION OF ARCTIC
Abstract
The substantiation of the regulations of the instruction with clearly developed and prescribed stages (sub-stages) on the convergence of the "mirror" and "real" image of traditional sectors of the Arctic agriculture, on the basis of which there is a transformation into a positive image through the formation of production and corporate culture of organizations as an element of competitive advantage of traditional industries in the regional market. The proposed instruction is aimed at improving the quality of life of the rural population due to the formed image of traditional industries, as a cumulative element of production and corporate culture of traditional industries, and as diverse aspects of changing the production identification expressed in national raditions and local culture, taking into account the established positive image in the consciousness of the local community of rural areas of the Arctic — it is a slow process, where changes will not be effective until the image is established in the minds of the local community of the rural areas of the Arctic region. This process affects the speed and intensity of the transition to a new way of economic development in the region, and the culture of the formation of a new worldview, which is directly based on the ideas of the traditional way of economic activity. Everything is aimed at creating new ideas and impressions of the local rural population, it determines their strategic, long-term attitudes and actions in the process of production and economic activity in the natural and extreme conditions in the Arctic.Downloads
