DEVELOPMENT OF APPROACHES TO CREATING MODELS OF MANAGEMENT CONSULTING
Abstract
There are the main models of management consulting exist at the moment in this article, and which modern domestic and foreign consulting firms are considered; There is an approximate list of the stages of implementation of consulting projects, with the help of which the essence of the activity of consultants is disclosed and formulated. The need to revise the standard views on consulting is justified (consultant and company interaction) and an example of the development and implementation of new models and mechanisms of consulting activity is shown, such as, for instance, the creation of internal consultants in large firms; present trends in the development of effective models of counseling. The authors conducted an analysis of scientific literature on management consulting in our country and abroad for o identifying and formulating the main stages of counseling, its types and methods.Downloads
