Abstract

The article based on the developed by R. A. Samsonov of the economic and mathematical algorithm to determine the coefficients of the type of permitted use (K) carried out a comprehensive feasibility study of the coefficients according to the code 1.12 “Beekeeping” for calculating the rent for public land plots located in the village councils of the municipal formation Eltsovsky district of Altai Territory. The obtained and substantiated coefficients of the type of permitted use formed the basis for making management decisions to determine the rent for public land by the Administration of the Yeltsovsky District of the Altai Territory. In general, the developed economic and mathematical algorithm can serve as a typical example and methodological recommendations for solving problems of calculation and feasibility study of the values of the coefficients of the type of permitted use (K) in all municipalities of the Russian Federation.
