Abstract

For many decades, the All-Russian Olympiads for schoolchildren in various subjects have not only played the role of so-called social lifts and institutions for the development of human capital in Russia, but also serve as a sign of the highest quality of Russian education! Thanks to the All-Russian Olympiads, a systematic search, selection and training of talented and brilliant children is carried out, which is the main guarantee of our future.Economics also occupies an important place in the family of the All-Russian Olympiad movement, as the queen of social sciences, whose status is confirmed by the annual Nobel Prizes for discoveries in the field of economics. It was in economic science at the turn of the century that the so-called interdisciplinary synthesis began to actively form in the study of man and social relations as integral and integral social systems, without understanding the complex nature of which true knowledge of the laws and meaning of human existence is no longer possible. At the same time, the economy, as a science and a sphere of professional activity, has become the most vulnerable to all sorts of negative processes in the form of plagiarism and profanation of scientific research, negative selection amongthe so-called managers of different levels, which is due to its special attractiveness as a sphere of value creation and management of limited material and intangible benefits.In order to contribute to preventing the spread of negative socio-economic transformations and especially to their prevention, and most importantly, to support real teachers and our talented youth, this publication will present ten problems I have developed (from the field of microeconomics, macroeconomics, international economics, institutional economics and business valuation), each of which is designed not only to develop certain economic and mathematical competencies, but also to lay down certain positive moral and ethical values, taking into account the categorical imperative of the “golden principles” of human behavior.As the chairman and expert of the methodological commission and the jury of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in economics in the Altai Territory since 2009, I was able to participate in the assessment and training of many talented schoolchildren and students. And in 2016, including using these tasks, we prepared the winner of the All-Russian Olympiad for schoolchildren in economics — a student of the 42nd gymnasium in Barnaul, Mikhail Anatolyevich Zuev.We hope that the proposed tasks will also serve as a useful and interesting educational and methodological basis for the new generation of real and effective economists and managers in the preparation and formation of modern professional competencies for the good of everything good and good that is inherent in human nature in the context of the economic development of society.This publication publishes detailed solutions to previously published problems (see: Samsonov, 2020).
