Abstract

In the article in honor of the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the Altai Regional Union of Trade Union Organizations (Altai Regional Trade Union), as well as within the framework of the development and improvement of the activities of trade unions, the implementation of the decisions of the X FNPR Congress, the decision of the FNPR Executive Committee to declare 2023 “The Year of Strengthening and Development of Social Partnership” the results of a study on the role and perception of the activities of trade union organizations by the population of the Altai Territory are published. The main directions and results of the activities of trade unions in the Altai Territory in modern conditions are considered. At the same time, socio-economic assessments are given from the perspective of models of trade union influence on the subsidized economy of the Altai Territory. The results of a sociological study conducted in 2022 on the basis of a remote survey for the purpose of a comprehensive diagnosis of the population's perception of the activities of trade unions in the Altai Territory are presented (more than 1,400 respondents were surveyed). Conclusions and recommendations for the development and improvement of the activities of trade unions in the Altai Territory are formulated.
