Abstract

In the article, based on the hypothesis of the relativity of the cost measurements of the heterogeneous economic space of transactions to solve the problem of pricing in conditions of uncertainty (tasks related to the creation of innovations, entering new markets, hypertrophied competition, political instability, sociocultural diversity, etc.), an algorithm is developed based on the methodology game theories and decision making. As a classification tool, a matrix approach is proposed, through which the explication of the main economic forms of market structures and pricing strategies is carried out along closed contours, taking into account the quality of the objects of assessment. Thus, through their comparison, it becomes possible to form payment matrices and find solutions (gains and losses) as models of cost measurements of the heterogeneous economic space of transactions, which can be evaluated and used in the pricing process under conditions of uncertainty based on the application of a set of special criteria.
