Abstract

The active digitalization of society, the accelerated pace of development of big data technology, as well as the emergence of more and more digital personal identifiers raise not only the issue of the security of personal and personal data of citizens, but also the issue of the humane use of this data and its handling. The abstract demonstrates how digital identifiers can serve as a source of social discrimination using the example of a hypothetical case-study. In addition, the system of social rating in some regions of China, which is still in test mode, is being analyzed. Examples are given, as well as a classification of indicators that can act as digital identifiers of a person, which form the basis for building a model of an individual's behavior with the aim of further evaluating it by social structures and institutions.
