PHENOMENON OF THE SCHOOLS WITH ETHNOCULTURAL COMPONENT IN THE SYSTEM OF THE CAPITAL CITY EDUCATION

Abstract

The article deals with the problems of education of children from migrant families. The author analyzes the experience in organizing access for children from migrant families to education in educational institutions in Moscow. The article substantiates the necessity to develop and implement a unified conceptual approach to socio-cultural, linguistic and socio-psychological adaptation of the children from families of foreign migrants in the Russian education area. It is proved that the education of these children is an important long-term strategic priority and investment in the future of Russia and the whole world. The experience of the Moscow education system in creating so-called «Russian language schools» and the general system of linguistic and socio-cultural adaptation of children from migrant families is shown. The model of a one-year «Russian Language School» as a means of adaptation and integration of children of migrants was in demand and aroused great interest among regions of Russia and foreign countries. The article also reflects the work of the conversation club «Soon to School», organized for children of migrants from Kyrgyzstan.
