ETHICAL PRINCIPLES OF COMMUNICATION AS AN INSTRUMENT OF ANTI-CORRUPTION

Abstract

The article reveals the importance of the ethical principles of communication in the institutional and personal communication of state and municipal employees. The author of the article focuses on such principles as speech literacy, respect for the interlocutor, confidentiality, punctuality, the principle of appearance, goodwill. Compliance with these principles is extremely important, because communication takes up most of the manager’s working time. In addition, the article provides recommendations for improving ethics of behavior. The author comes to the conclusion that increasing the overall level of ethics of communicative behavior will help to reduce the risk of communicative situations and speech acts, within which it is possible to give / receive a bribe.
