PROBLEMS AND PROSPECTS OF DEVELOPMENT OF CORPORATIZATION PROCESSES BASED ON THE ANALYSIS OF INITIAL AND SUBSEQUENT SHARE PLACEMENTS ON THE STOCK MARKET OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

Abstract
The article is devoted to the analysis and study of the impact of initial and subsequent share placements on the stock market to increase the efficiency of corporatization in the economy of the modern Russian Federation, as well as the formation of prospects for Russia's economic development through large-scale attraction of private investment capital in the implementation of relevant economic projects. The dynamics of attracting financial capital through the use of IPO and FPO procedures has been analyzed, and methods have been identifical that make it possible to increase the volume of investment in companies in a numbers of the most important industries. The article identifies the main fundamental problems of the development of corporatization. The authors propose some of the most important ways to address these problems and specific measures that can improve the effectiveness of IPO and FPO procedures in the Russian Federation. This topic is particularly relevant at the current time, as due to a number of sanctions imposed against the Russian Federation, identifying industries in need of additional financing, as well as further stimulating companies in these industries, is a strategically important task for the Russian economy.
