ASSESSMENT OF ECOSYSTEM SERVICES OF THE WATER MANAGEMENT COMPLEX

Abstract
Currently, the global community is actively discussing issues related to attempts to include ecosystem services in international and national economic mechanisms and the formation of markets for these services. Modern approaches to the conditional income method suggest using the technique of comparing the economic effect of using natural resources in the case of their conservation with possible losses in the case of their loss. The intensive use of resources that underlies economic growth is recognized as a long-term national risk, making research in this area increasingly relevant.
The paper analyzes the ecological, social and economic characteristics of the water management of Lake Teletskoye. It is shown that in modern conditions of increasing anthropogenic load and the possibility of recreational degression, the risk of loss of the water body's required ecosystem services does not go beyond the limits of acceptable and justified values. The obtained results can be used in the practice of economics of nature management in the management of water resources from the point of view of effective and rational use, taking into account their limitations, competent justification of methods for preserving a favorable environment within the framework of the concept of sustainable environmental and economic development of the territory.
