ОТНОШЕНИЯ ВЫСШЕГО УЧЕБНОГО ЗАВЕДЕНИЯ И РАБОТОДАТЕЛЕЙ В ПРОЦЕССЕ ПОДГОТОВКИ СПЕЦИАЛИСТОВ И ТРУДОУСТРОЙСТВЕ ВЫПУСКНИКОВ
Abstract
Рассматриваются вопросы организации взаимодействия высших учебных заведений и работодателей в процессе подготовки специалистов для предприятий и организаций с учетом необходимости формирования востребованных профессиональных компетенций. Представлены возможные варианты организации отношений и возникающие в этом случае мотивационные механизмы, позволяющие повысить эффективность образовательного процесса. Для обеспечения конструктивного взаимодействия между предприятиями и образовательными учреждениями в вузах создаются управленческие структуры. Сформулированы рекомендации, способные повысить уровень подготовки и обеспечить быструю адаптацию нового специалиста к условиям реальной экономики.Downloads
