Abstract
In the article, the authors consider the current state of the external and internal labor market. Thefeatures and prospects of the Altai Territory labor market development are studied. Then the prerequisites and resultsof the activities of a particular organization for the high-quality and safe provision of its personnel are analyzed.The tools used, achievements and difficulties of the recruitment service in staffing in modern conditions are noted.Based on the theoretical and methodological research conducted, conclusions were drawn and recommendationswere developed to improve the process of providing the organization with personnel.
