The journal provides uniform standards for determining the scientific value of the solutions of certain problems contained in the articles, adheres to the principles of scientific research ethics, advocates the purity of the Russian language and scientific style in the preparation of materials, includes in active interaction with each author, taking into account his scientific interests and scientific capabilities.
The journal may ask the authors, who are authoritative specialists in one or another scientific field, to prepare a publication on a particular issue in order to support the scientific discussion on the pages of the journal.
Articles of undergraduate and graduate students are published with the proviso that during the preparation of manuscripts their scientific supervisor actively participated in this work, advising students on the basics of scientific research and the specifics of preparing a scientific article.
