Abstract
The article examines the innovation and investment policy in the Russian Federation, and also draws attention to the internal costs of science and innovation in the Russian Federation. Information is provided on the level of innovation activity of organizations by type of economic activity, indicators of innovation activity of enterprises, as well as the total amount of costs for innovation activities. The article considers the state of innovation and investment policy in the Russian Federation, its problems and methods of solution.
