Abstract

The article presents an economic and mathematical algorithm developed and tested by the author for assessing the market value of the right to install and operate advertising structures on public land plots. The approbation was carried out on the basis of determining the market value of the right to install and operate 30 advertising structures on a land plot that is in state or municipal ownership (cadastral number of the land plot: 22: 33: 040801; location of the object of assessment: Russian Federation, Altai Territory, Pervomaisky District; address register of installation and operation of advertising structures within the boundaries of the highway “Bridge over the Ob River in the city of Barnaul”). The result obtained was used for a feasibility study and management decisionmaking by the Administration of the Pervomaisky District of the Altai Territory.
