Abstract

The effectiveness of the work of medical organizations is determined by the level of staffing, determined not only by the adequacy of the number of employees, but also by the necessary professional competencies. Changes in the conditions for the functioning of medical institutions in modern conditions, due to the complication of the epidemiological situation, has a significant impact on the working conditions of medical institutions and their employees, predetermining the emergence of new problems and the need for their solutions. The authors conducted a study of the staffing of medical organizations in the Altai Territory in the 1st half of 2020, made conclusions and proposed directions for increasing the staffing of medical institutions.
