Main Article Content
Abstract
Corruption is one of the key problems of the Russian Federation. The level of corruption in various spheres of social activity can vary considerably, and one of the most important factors determining this difference is the activity of civil society institutions. Civil society institutions play a significant role in the fight against corruption, but most often in this matter, they are completely autonomous, which impedes measures to combat corruption. Using the example of the Sverdlovsk region, in particular the «Society Against Corruption» program, the author of this article reviewed and analyzed a good example of the synergy of civil society and state institutions in the fight against corruption.
