THE PROBLEMS OF SECURITY OF INFORMATION AND LEGAL SYSTEMS
Main Article Content
Abstract
The modern development of society is characterized by a specific technological quality, which is called informatisation. This fact by many contemporary authors, and not only in the field of technical and information sciences, but also in the research of socio-economic and legal relations, is put in absolute. The development of the economic-strategic Internet project rises to the level of panacea, which leads to freedom and democracy. It seems likely that this is a continuation of the general modernist concept of liberalization and technocratization of socio-economic development of society. The article deals with an insignificant share of these problems and includes two parts: information, its properties and classifications (general characterization) and the reflection of the concepts and properties of information in the contemporary (on the example of Bulgaria) legislation and law.
