INFORMATION SERVICE OF VISITORS OF MUSEUMS OF BARNAUL CITY
Abstract
Museums are not only a place of various value objects storage, andcollections of historical value, but also a place that performs social and cultural functions, a place for recreation and entertainment for visitors. Currently, there is a hugenumber of forms and means of serving visitors that can be developed and used everywhere. One of such museum innovations is the use of service innovative forms thatattract new visitors, which increases the attractiveness of the organization, and helpsto win the competition. The article analyzes innovative forms of serving visitors at78the museums in the city of Barnaul. The author reveals the relationship between theuse of innovative forms of service at the museum and the popularity of the museumin the service market of Barnaul. The creation of the single site concept for the museums of the Barnaul city is proposed.
