The journal "Theory and Practice of Archaeological Research" was nominated as the first category (K1) journal (the list of peer-reviewed journals)
On December 6, 2022, the Higher Attestation Commission under the Ministry of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation officially approved the distribution of journals included in the list of peer-reviewed scientific publications, in which the main results of dissertations for the degree of Candidate of Science, the degree of Doctor of Science, by categories should be published K1 (25%), K2 (50%) and K3 (25%) (document attached). The journal "Theory and Practice of Archaeological Research" was included in the first category (K1), which reflects the high level of quantitative and qualitative indicators taken by experts as a basis.

2022-12-08Высшей аттестационной комиссией при Министерстве науки и высшего образования РФ 6 декабря 2022 г. был официально утверждено распределение журналов, входящих в перечень рецензируемых научных изданий, в которых должны быть опубликованы основные результаты диссертаций на соискание ученой степени кандидата наук, ученой степени доктора наук, по категориям К1 (25%), К2 (50%) и К3 (25%) (документ прилагается). Журнал «Теория и практика археологических исследований» вошел в первую категорию (К1), что отражает высокий уровень количественных и качественных показателей, взятых экспертами за основу.
