IMPLEMENTATION OF REGIONAL MIGRATION POLICY FOR POPULATION REPRODUCTION BASED ON MATERIALS FROM THE URAL FEDERAL DISTRICT

Abstract
The migration processes of the territories have an impact on the indicators of the implementation of demographic policy, which is currently aimed at reproducing the population in the context of demographic aging, which determines the relevance of this study. The purpose of the study is to form a modern mechanism for managing migration processes in the Ural Federal District. The totality of migration flows, under the influence of accompanying social factors (the level of adaptation of migrants, education, health, involvement in the processes of socio-cultural integration) significantly affect demographic processes. It is quite difficult to assess the level of the direct (isolated) impact of migration on the demographic indicators of the territory, but through expert assessment it is possible to form a common mechanism for managing demographic processes, in particular, and migration policy in general (as part of demographic policy). The article evaluates individual regulations that have a direct impact on migration processes, analyzes some indicators that are used to assess migration flows. As a result, the author developed a modern mechanism for implementing migration policy in the Ural Federal District in the context of population reproduction management and concluded that it is necessary to develop a unified, integrated approach to managing migration flows, which should significantly increase the effectiveness of not only migration, but also demographic policy in general.
