INTERNATIONAL LOGISTICS IN THE CURRENT GEOPOLITICAL CHANGES
УДК 332
Abstract
Changes in the geopolitical situation have been impacting the transport and logistics industries over the past few years. This is due to sanctions pressure, legislative changes, and the shift in logistics development toward digital transformation. Although the logistics market continues to adapt to new realities by developing new accessible transport routes, upgrading its facilities, improving the qualifications of specialists, and enhancing the quality of logistics services, a number of issues require solutions given the ongoing geopolitical instability.
The authors examine the current state and pressing issues of national and international logistics, taking into account the international development of the logistics industry and trade relations with friendly countries. They attempt to substantiate the prospects for the development of international logistics based on statistical data, expert assessments, and reporting information from key economic agents within the context of regional and international economic relations, leveraging the potential of international transport corridors.
The relevance of this study is linked to the implementation of the national objective of transport development, including in the context of international cooperation. Scientific novelty lies in the increase in knowledge in the field of application of effective tools and mechanisms for the development of international logistics, taking into account geopolitical changes and risks.
