Abstract

The relevance of an in-house training and personnel qualification improvement system in the fieldof quality lies in the fact that in the modern world, the quality sphere plays a significant role in the successfulfunctioning of an organization. Continuous training and development of employees allows not only to increase thelevel of knowledge and skills of the staff, but also to create an atmosphere of constant growth and developmentwithin the organization. Thus, the study of the internal organizational system of training and advanced trainingof personnel in the field of quality can bring valuable recommendations for an organization wishing to improve itsorganizational and educational processes, as well as achieve high quality standards.The article discusses the theoretical and practical aspects of the internal organizational system of training andadvanced training of personnel in the field of quality. The research includes an analysis of methods for developingtraining programs, evaluating their effectiveness and monitoring learning outcomes. The importance of constantlyupdating the knowledge and skills of employees in the context of rapidly changing technologies and marketrequirements is also considered. Special attention is paid to the use of modern technologies in training, such ase-learning, which allows employees to gain knowledge flexibly and at a convenient time for them. Such methodshelp organizations save time and resources while ensuring a high level of staff training. The results of the study canbe useful for organizations seeking to improve their training and professional development systems in the contextof quality management.
